For thirty-five years he has participated in corporate finance and investment banking projects. The first twenty years working in banks and brokerage houses. And for fifteen years through his companies: Sociedad de Estudios de Negocios y Empresa, S.C. with the Emprendisis seal specialized in financial counseling where he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. And Insurance Baby SAPI de CV focused on wealth advisory, where he is a partner and Chief Research and Business Development Officer.

He has a degree in Political Science from UNAM, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a specialty in Economics from CIDE, another Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IPADE, and a PhD of Education from the Instituto Universitario De Las Américas y El Caribe. He completed his stay for a doctoral thesis at Stanford University focused on evaluation models of qualitative variables of financial assets, based on principles of strategic thinking.

He is a member of the Faculty of the TEC de Monterrey and of the UP in master’s degrees and diplomas; and professor of Educational Management in the doctoral program of the UNAC

He has published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals on issues of corporate finance and securities.
